This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.thekriptstore.com and any affiliated subdomains. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, which are aligned with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Unless stated otherwise, all customs fees, taxes, duties, and any additional import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, THE KRIPT is not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or customs clearance procedures. These fees vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Duties & Taxes Refunds:
- Non-UK/EU customers: Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
- UK/EU customers: Duties/taxes may be refundable only where required by local law (see Refund Policy for details).
2. Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers
Due to recent U.S. tariff regulation changes, shipments to the United States may experience slight delays. We are actively working to minimize disruptions and appreciate your patience during this period.
3. Order Processing Times
We process orders quickly. Orders ship within of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Business days exclude: Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. holidays, Canadian holidays, and Chinese National Holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you need assistance tracking your package, contact us at customercare@thekriptstore.com.
4. Transit Times by Region
United States
- Express Shipping (2–4 business days): $15 USD – Duties & Tariffs Included
- Free Express Shipping: Orders over $250 USD – Duties & Tariffs Included
- Standard Shipping (6–10 business days): As shown at checkout
Transit times do not include U.S. Customs clearance events.
Canada
- Standard Shipping (3–9 business days): $10 CAD
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15 CAD
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 CAD
- Free Express Shipping: Orders over $200 CAD
Same-Day Delivery (Montreal, QC only)
Provided by Uber Direct. Rates calculated at checkout. Available only within a 20km radius of our warehouse. You will receive pickup and drop-off notifications.
United Kingdom
- Express Shipping (5–8 business days): £15 GBP
- Duties & Taxes: Included in product prices (Delivered Duty Paid)

5. Delivery Responsibility & Carrier Delays
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, THE KRIPT is no longer responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Delivery attempts missed by the customer
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
- Incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout
Customers are responsible for tracking their order and coordinating with the carrier for delivery issues.
6. Failure to Accept Delivery
If your package is returned to THE KRIPT because:
- You failed to accept delivery, or
- The carrier could not reach you using the contact information provided,
The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Duties & Taxes – Non-Refundable
THE KRIPT does not provide refunds to customers who refuse to pay duties or taxes. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any associated carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.
This rule is fully aligned with our Terms of Service and Return Policy.
8. Shipping Insurance (Checkout+)
When Checkout+ is selected at checkout, your package is protected from:
- Loss
- Theft
- Damage during transit
If an insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To start a shipping claim, please click the “Start a Claim” link in your order confirmation or visit our customer care page.
If Checkout+ is not selected, THE KRIPT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
9. Changing or Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel or modify an order, you must contact us immediately. We process orders fast, and once the warehouse has processed your order, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
THE KRIPT is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
We strongly recommend selecting Checkout+ for protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
